Legal Admin I
Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are looking for great people to bring their passion and strong work ethic to the job. We currently have multiple openings for a Legal Admin/Clerk for our Lake Mary, FL office.
Responsible for processing incoming e-service, e-filing, and submitting proposed orders to Judges per judicial requirements.
What You'll Do:
- Receive and process a file of incoming e-service daily, which will include various types of correspondence and pleadings. You will identify, barcode, and scan those documents into case management and disburse to the appropriate attorneys, legal admins, and paralegals for next actions.
- In processing the e-service, you will also enter required data into case management, for example, attorney information, hearing dates, and received dates.
- Submit proposed orders to Judges in all sixty seven counties in the state of Florida by mail, email, or their applicable online submission portals.
- E-file pleadings with the Florida E-filing Portal.
- Other tasks outside of the above may be assigned on an as needed basis to help meet team goals and deadlines.
What You'll Need:
Excellent communication and writing ability, organizational skills, analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
- Team player
- Proficiency in Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- 2+ years’ experience working in an office setting
- Entry level, will train the right candidate
- Minimum: High School Diploma
