Paralegal / Legal Assistant

Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a creditors' rights law firm with office located in IL, CA, FL, OH, GA, MI. We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant for our Charlotte, NC office.

This a full-time, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM, In-office.

Interested applicants: We require a completed employment applicant and resume.

We also work on other states from the Chicago office, including CA, WA, OR, HI, AK, ID, NV, MO, IA, MI, and NY.

What You'll Do:

• Follow set procedures and steps to review accounts
• Possible e-filing approved documents on various court portals
• Following up on e-filed documents online, downloading filed documents
• Docketing relevant information
• Communicating with court clerks for status updates via phone
• Closing accounts in our system once certain criteria has been met

What You'll Need:

• Prior law firm experience.
• Prior banking or logistics experience also a plus.
• Minimum: High school diploma. Preferred: Bachelors or Paralegal Certificate.

Range: $23 to $26 DOE
